Students marching and holding protest signs

March is Reading Month and Women's History Month!

March is an exciting month at Eaton Academy!

As we celebrate both Reading Month and Women's History Month, we're thrilled to embark on a journey of learning and empowerment with your scholars.

Throughout the month, our classrooms will be buzzing with activities that explore the richness of literature and the invaluable contributions of women throughout history. From reading circles to interactive storytelling sessions, your child will have the opportunity to delve into diverse narratives and be inspired by the stories of remarkable women who have shaped our world.

As part of our commitment to fostering a love for reading, we're thrilled to continue our "Drop Everything and Read" (D.E.A.R.) program! Every Thursday, scholars of all ages will pause their regular activities to dive into the magical world of books. Whether it's a cherished classic or a new adventure waiting to be discovered, D.E.A.R. time encourages a lifelong habit of reading for pleasure.

We invite you to join us in celebrating the joy of reading and the resilience of women throughout history. Together, let's inspire the next generation of readers and leaders!

Stay tuned for updates on our exciting activities and events throughout the month. Happy Reading and Happy Women's History Month!

Warm regards,
