Contingency Learning Plans (CLPs) are here!

A CLP is a separate document from a student’s IEP, but the same IEP team develops the CLP.  The CLP details what events warrant moving to an alternate instructional model (for example, school closure owing to a pandemic), as well as specifies programs and supports a student will receive from his or her special education service providers during a virtual learning setting.  While special education services and supports may appear differently in a virtual environment, Eaton staff intends to continue to provide students with special needs with their required support services as effectively and consistently as possible.
